Get your connection details

Open the Hash Health app
Go to Settings
Copy your MCP URL and API token

Keep your token private. It gives full access to your nutrition and medication data.

Add to your agent

In your agent (Grok Bot, Cursor, Claude Desktop, etc.), add Hash Health as a custom MCP server. Paste the MCP URL from your Hash Health app settings.

Once connected, your agent can log meals, analyze nutrition, and check food against your medications — all from Hash Health.
